Purpose
To follow state and federal laws consistent with our commitment to the safety of our members.
Policy
No Fire or EMS vehicle shall be operated at greater than 75 miles per hour, or 20 miles per hour over the posted speed limit, whichever is less. This applies to all personnel and vehicles, regardless of the type of call.
