Purpose
To establish the standard operating procedures for responding to calls.
Procedure
All Stations Manned:
When a call comes in, the station in the response area from which the call comes, shall respond as the first call unit, and the other stations will handle a second call in either response area.
One Station Manned:
When a call comes in, from anywhere in GVFRS response area, the pre-determined first call team shall respond, and the other duty team at that station will handle any second call.
An ambulance shall respond, automatically, to all structure and chimney fires, brush and woods fires, along with the fire apparatus.
