GVFRS members are provided with various accounts to assist in conducting company business, training, and information dissemination.  New members can request access to all of the accounts by using the form at the bottom of the page.  Existing members who cannot access one of their accounts, can request assistance using the request form.



Each member receives the following accounts:

  • Email
  • Website
  • I Am Responding
  • EMS & Fire Reporting

Please allow up to a week for new accounts to be created.

Request New Accounts

New members should complete this form to request new web, email, and I Am Responding accounts.

New EMS members must also log in to their OEMS portal and request affiliation with GVFRS. The OEMS Portal can be found here.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters, mixed case, numbers, and special character. For example RedAmbulance@st1

Fire/EMS Reporting:

FF's need to complete this to be entered into the EMS run report system.

I Am Responding Information:

If you request your I Am Responding messages to be sent to your email address, your department address will be used.
